ABSTRACT
The immunoenzymatic ELISA method has been successfully used for the determination of triazine pesticide content in samples of ground water and food. The procedure, selectivity and sensitivity of the immunoenzymatic determinations with the use of the Riedel-de Haen’s tests have been described and discussed. It has been found that the content of triazine pesticides does not exceed 1 ppb in food and 10 ng/dm3 in ground water.
