ABSTRACT
Cross-reaction between proteins of selected legume seeds (soybean, lentil, pea, bean) were determined by immunoblotting method. Legumes other than soybeans (peas, beans, lentils) were found to contain protein fractions having the immunoreactive properties similar to soybean proteins.
