ABSTRACT
In creative recombinative cultivation 4 strains were obtained of two crossing combinations, that were obtained by crossing in turn triticale var. Presto and Agrotriticum to strain CZR 1125/90. It was aimed to transfer genes from Agropyron to triticale as a source of resistance to pets, pathogenic agents and stress action of environmental factors. In extracts of hybrid kernels and parental components, the activity of tripsin inhibitors and alkylresorcinols level were studied. Extracts in two consecutive generations showed intermediary or higher antitripsin activity and than respective parental components. The level of alkylresorcinols in hybrid kernels in both generations was higher than in the parental forms.
