ABSTRACT
The study showed good energy value of daily food rations of the examined women and men. The rations were, however, badly balanced for the energy from protein, fat and carbohydrates. Fat was present in excess, whereas the contents of carbohydrates and fibre were to small. Daily food rations of women were slightly deficient in protein, with a proper energy percentage from this component.
