ABSTRACT
The nutritional habits of women and men employed in the budgetary and non-budgetary sectors were assessed for the Wielkopolska region. Irrespective of the differences observed for both groups of workers, the examined food rations were not balanced regarding the proportions of energy from fats and carbohydrates, antioxidant vitamins, saturated fatty acids and dietary fibre. The differences in the intake of some analysed components appeared statistically significant for both women and men.
